MIIMANSA AI PRIVATE LIMITED ("MiimansaAI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the data of our enterprise clients, clinical research organizations (CROs), and website visitors. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our Clinical Entity Modeling SaaS platform, website, APIs, and services.

3. Clinical Text & Data Processing

Our core product ingests unstructured clinical text (physician notes, discharge summaries, protocol drafts, adverse event case narratives) to extract named entities and link them to medical ontologies (ICD-10, SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC).

• PHI Redaction First: All text processed through our API or Sandbox undergoes automated Protected Health Information (PHI) detection to suppress 18 HIPAA identifiers prior to extraction.
• No Data Monetization: We never sell, rent, or monetize client clinical narratives or extracted entity datasets to third-party data brokers.
• Model Non-Retention: Input clinical text processed on behalf of enterprise subscribers is deleted immediately after output serialization or retained strictly per client configuration.

We collect two primary categories of information:

• Account & Contact Data: Name, work email, organization name, job title, and billing details collected when requesting a demo or registering for API sandbox access.
• Technical Usage Logs: IP address, browser type, API request timestamps, document volume usage, and system performance telemetry.

5. Security & Business Associate Agreements (BAA)

We enforce enterprise security protocols including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. For enterprise health system and CRO clients handling covered health data, we offer signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and dedicated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) deployment options.
